You receive the source code, access credentials and documentation. Your data stays under your control. After training, you can work independently or choose another service provider.

Then you decide: continue independently or commission additional features and support separately. No compulsory KleraTech support contract.
You register your domain and order hosting or a server in your own name, paying the provider directly. I recommend a suitable option. Before launch, we agree any help with choosing and setting it up, and who handles updates and backups.

You already have the phone. I build the warehouse workflow around it: scan a shelf or product, open its location and manage stock. Connected directly to your shop and administration.

For suitable workflows, a supported iPhone or Android phone camera is enough. We test the device, browser and codes together. There is then no need for a dedicated handheld terminal.
Labels belong in the system.
Generate QR codes and barcodes for products and storage locations in your administration and export them for printing. I configure the label function for your formats. No separate generator website needed.
No scanner subscription.
The agreed scanning and label functions are part of your system. No mandatory monthly KleraTech licence. Hosting, devices and printing supplies remain operating costs.
