Included in every project

The agreed setup, functional testing, launch assistance and handover of access, source code and operating notes are included. The training hours listed cover daily operation.

I quote additional languages, copywriting, data cleanup, payment providers, ERP integrations, scanners, native apps and newsletter setup separately. Custom requests are welcome, but the starting price does not include unlimited changes.

Additional help when you need it.

€89 per hour, excluding VAT

For separately commissioned changes, updates or training. We agree the estimated effort or a fixed price before work starts. No mandatory subscription. This does not turn correction of defects in the agreed project into paid extra work.

The scope determines the price.

You pay for the agreed implementation, not monthly shop rental to KleraTech. The project price covers the defined features, setup and training. First we clarify what your shop, office and warehouse need.

01

Design and features

Your range, customer approvals, pricing rules and agreed warehouse workflows define the development scope.

02

Existing data and integrations

Checking and preparing product data is work in its own right. A one-off import and an ongoing system connection are planned separately.

03

Handover and later support

Training, launch assistance and the agreed handover materials belong in the project price. Later additions and extra support are billed only under a separate commission.

What costs remain after launch?

You register your domain and order hosting or a server in your own name. You pay ongoing fees directly to the provider; they are not included in the project price. I recommend a suitable option. If you need help choosing or setting it up, we agree the scope and any costs in advance. The same applies to updates, backups and additional services.

After handover, you decide who maintains your technology. You do not need a monthly KleraTech contract. If you return for an update or an addition, we agree that work and its price separately.

Discuss the requirements for my quote

Your project. Paid in agreed stages.

01

The workflow comes before the quote

We discuss customers, products, documents and inventory. Your quote then sets out the deliverables, responsibilities and schedule.

02

Review the work as it develops

You see the work in a test environment. Together we check the agreed workflows and record your feedback.

03

Approve, take over and work independently

At handover you receive the agreed access and documentation. Training gives your team practice with everyday tasks.

We can link staged payments to agreed milestones. Amounts, due dates and acceptance criteria are set out before work starts. There is no single payment schedule for every project.

Questions before you decide

Do I own the shop after handover?

You receive the agreed source code, access and operating documentation. Your data stays in your system. Open-source components and external services have their own licence terms, which we identify at handover.

Are administration and inventory included?

Administration is included in the B2B shop. The shop with inventory package adds the listed warehouse scope and documents. Smartphone scanning, label formats and additional warehouses are scoped and priced for your workflow.

Can I add features later?

Yes. We can start with the essential sales workflow and expand later. New features receive an estimate or fixed quote before work starts. You can also appoint another developer.

Do I need to know how to code?

Products, orders and stock are managed through the admin interface. We practise this during training. Changing program code is different: it requires technical knowledge, testing and backups, including when using AI.

How soon can my shop launch?

Timing depends on features, product data, content and your approvals. Our existing foundation shortens setup. You receive a realistic schedule after scoping, rather than a blanket promise.

What should I prepare for a quote?

Describe who you sell to, how you handle orders today and what should happen in the warehouse. A product list and sample documents help. We clarify any missing details together.

YOUR NEXT STEP

What should your shop do for you?

Tell me about your business. We can define the right scope together.
